Upon first meeting Jessica Jones, we were immediately impressed by the high level of real estate professionalism she showed. She carefully listened to our needs and wishes and in a very short time found us exactly the property we had generally described to her, and it soon became our new home. Ron and I would like to take this opportunity to do what we enjoy most – giving accolades to an outstanding realtor who has become our friend.
One afternoon, my husband and I were out ‘looking’ at the various homes on the market as we were ‘living’ in our very small two bedroom condo. When we saw the Compass Model Home, we decided to take a look. That’s when we met Jessica Jones. She had a winning fresh smile and conversation was easy. We told her of our need to find a home in Florida.
Out of the blue, Jessica called to see if we would be interested in showing our condo that she had a potential buyer. We prepared the condo for her to show only once and, when she presented us with a contract, we began to panic. Where were we going to go?
Jessica was calm and told us not to worry that she would help us find a place to rent until we could find a home.
We looked at only one rental home and decided that it was just perfect for us. We immediately started looking for a place to buy and, having seen the Compass Model Home, just could not get that home off our minds.
We are now renting and in the process of building our ‘forever’ home – which my husband refers to as our ‘terminal’ home.
We have really enjoyed our relationship with Jessica Jones. She is highly ethical, honest, hard-working, very personable and works very had to be sure her clients find their exact dream home.
